Zeca de Mello is a guest speaker and professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Theology from Pontificia Università Gregoriana in Rome, a Master’s Degree in Biblical Theology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and an Executive MBA degree from Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Administração da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.   Professor Zeca de Mello is a speaker on the following subjects:  Relearning to learn, a challenge for people and organizations; Credibility and Trust; Humanities and the challenges of contemporary management; What can we learn from crises?; Information Ethics and Philosophy; Empathy, necessary practice in restless times; The Value of Culture and Legacy; The art of engaging people; and Gratitude: the nicest virtue.   Professor Mello works for organizations such as Vale, Nestle, Bradesco, BNDES, Sesc, Sebrae, TV Globo, Seleção Brasileira Masculina de Vôlei, GE Aviation, Petrobras, Itaú, Embrapa, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Vivo and Oi, among others. He is a professor of “Corporate Ethics” in the graduate program in Business and Knowledge Management at COPPE/ UFRJ. Professor Zeca de Mello works on the implementation of programs on Social Responsibility, Talent Mapping and Leadership Development according to the Knowledge Management Model.
