Consultant, executive and entrepreneur with a career developed mainly in the areas of business management, strategic planning, financial management and business performance (P&L, corporate budget, deployment of goals, definition of KPIs, methodologies for reducing expenses, increasing revenue and monitoring results /projects). He has a specialization certificate in Project management from FDC, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a qualification in Foreign Trade. Six Sigma Green Belt certification by Falconi and in the following management methodologies GMR, GMD, GMCE, FE, GPD, GRDD, ROP. Adjunct Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and Academic Advisor at PAEX. The basis of his professional career was built as a business consultant at Falconi, where he worked for eight years on projects involving large companies in different segments, both in Brazil and abroad. Among the clients served, some of national and international relevance stand out, such as Vale do Rio Doce, Anglo American, Sadia Alimentos, Itambé and Argos Cimentos (Colombia). He worked as Executive Manager at Itambé Alimentos, and for 2 years he was responsible for the company's commercial planning and control area, assisting the commercial director in planning goals, managing results, and training more than 600 employees of the commercial team. As an entrepreneur, since 2017, he had the opportunity to be a founding partner of three businesses, including a startup operating in the online education and electronic commerce markets. This startup recorded exponential growth in its first years, reaching annual revenue of R$70 million, with a base of more than 200 thousand customers.
