Sonia Diegues is a philosopher and organizational consultant, and a trained expert in Psychoanalysis and Self Theory (Center for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis in Belo Horizonte, MG), and in organizational consultancy from Groupe HEC Jouy-en-Josas, France. She has developed a sound professional career since 1972, having been a manager for managerial development programs, a consultant on organizational culture and having had executive positions in the R&D and HR areas. Sonia Diegues is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and a speaker/lecturer at universities, and conferences in Brazil and abroad. She has developed and coordinated development programs for medium and large organizations, and has also coordinated research projects on corporate management. Sonia has managed the Human Resources area at Martins Comércio e Serviços de Distribuição S/A. She is the co-author of the book “Raízes do Sucesso Empresarial” published by Editora Atlas and the books of the Brazilian Entrepreneur Gallery Collection: Eggon João da Silva, Alair Martins do Nascimento and Irmãos Guerra Lajes. She is a specialist in culture and organizational behavior, corporate identity, performance assessment, and executive development projects.
