Sigmar Malvezzi is a full professor at Universidade de São Paulo – USP. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Lancaster, UK and a Master’s Degree in Social Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP. Malvezzi is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, in the areas of organizations and organizational behavior. He is also a faculty member at the Psychology Institute at Universidade de São Paulo - USP, since 1986 and visiting professor in the graduate programs at Universidade Icesi de Cali - UIC, Colombia, since 2004; Universidad de Belgrano - UB, Argentina, since 2000, and Universidad Tecnologica Nacional - UTN, Argentina, since 1996. Professor Malvezzi was a visiting professor for  undergraduate and graduate programs at the University of Texas, Austin, USA, 1998, at the Universidad Del Valle, Colombia, 2001-2006; at the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey – ITESM, Mexico, 2002; at the Universidad de Puebla, Mexico, 2000-2002, at the Universidade de Evora, Portugal, 2000-2006; at the Lancaster University, England, 2001; at the Alliant University, USA, 2006; at the Université de Paris, 2007; at the Universidade de Coimbra, Portugal, 2007, at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Argentina, 1996-2007. He was also an adjunct professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas-SP, Dean of the Social and Legal Aspects in Administration Department, faculty member at PUC/SP, dean of the graduate program in Organizational Psychology and Dean of the Social Psychology Department. Author of 60 publications, encompassing articles, book chapters, essays published in leading journals, scientific magazines, conference proceedings and other technical publishing medias in the areas of Human resources, Organization, Work, Globalization, Psychology and Management.
