Reinaldo Lucas deals in the areas of corporate and organizational development, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, an MBA Degree (emphasis on Economics) from Universidade de São Paulo. Having more than 45 years of professional experience, Reinaldo worked as an executive in the information technology sector, and as a corporate consultant supporting companies in strategy, structure, process, systems, management and governance model alignment, searching for companies’ maturity and high performance.  He has developed projects in over a hundred all sized national and international companies, from all levels of maturity. Prof. Lucas is a member of the Board of Directors and Advisory Board for different companies, focusing on governance evolution, strategy, innovation and result-based management, targeting always at the alignment of value added chain to the company’s business. Reinaldo Lucas worked as a guest professor for continuing education programs in renowned institutions such as Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, Unicamp and Fundação Getúlio Vargas de SP. He is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral-FDC, working for the Executive MBA, PDA (Shareholder and Business Family Development Program) and PDC – Member of the Board Program, dealing with subjects such as Culture, Change, Leadership, and Intangible Assets as organizations’ value. Prof. Reinaldo Lucas is the co-author of the book A Disciplina e a Arte da Gestão das Mudanças nas Organizações - Como Integrar Estratégias e Pessoas,  Ed Campus.
