Paulo Roberto Villamarim Gama has been an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, for over 20 years, and a researcher on Organizations and Human Resources. Paulo Villamarim holds a Master’s Degree in Organization and Human Resources from UFMG and Specialization Certificates in Organizational Consultancy, Industrial Economics and Public Management. He works for the master and specialization programs, PAEX (Partners for Excellence Program), and custom programs at FDC. Villamarim has already developed programs in companies such as Petrobrás, Votorantim, Jacto, Medley, Nitroquímica, AGC Vidros, Vale, Todeschini, FCA, Embrapa, PGR, among others. He was a faculty member at UFMG, PUC, IBMEC, Fundação João Pinheiro (FJP) among other institutions. Professor Paulo Villamarim has also developed consulting projects in several companies such as Arco Engenharia, Arezzo Calçados, Buffet Célia Souto Mayor, Grupo União, among others, and in several public organizations through Fundação João Pinheiro. He has already delivered lectures and speeches at Abradilan, Axial, D&S, IETEC, Microcity, Sistema OCB/Sescoop, Toshiba, TRANSPES, and other companies. Paulo Villamarim held the positions of superintendent and manager at Fundação João Pinheiro, and is the author of articles and scientific and technical papers published by ANPAD.
