Pascoal Martins Carrato is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, a specialist in the areas of marketing and strategic planning. He holds a Master’s Degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais and Fundação Dom Cabral, and Specialization Certificates in Business Management and Marketing Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and UNA, respectively.  As an adjunct professor at FDC, Pascoal assists PAEX (Partners for Excellence Program) as a scientific advisor, for more than 5 years, orienting the elaboration and implementation of strategic planning and the implementation of marketing and sales methodologies in several FDC’s partner companies. He is also a professor of Methodology, an advisor and member of the assessing committee to evaluate the end-of-course papers and projects. Professor Carrato has already taught for in-company programs in organizations such as Petrobras, Vale, Suzano and SEST/SENAT. As an executive, currently Pascoal is a member of advisory boards in organizations from the industrial sector. He also worked for many years in the areas of planning and marketing, as a team coordinator for product management, team manager and sales channels. He has participated in several projects, courses and training programs on marketing and sales in the USA and Canada.
