Experienced consultant on organizational culture diagnosis / change and career management, Maria Candida has been successfully working with multinational and national clients in Brazil on projects focused on turnover reduction, culture change to leverage strategy, and succession planning based on potential due to personality strengths. She founded People & Results in 2010, and since then consulted for companies such as Votorantim, Cielo, Syngenta, Bosch, Novartis, and MODEC. A reference regarding career management, she has coached executives on parallel careers, personality mapping through L.A.B.E.L., structuring strategic human resources and succession planning, as a consultant and also an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, one of the leading business schools in Brazil. Business Administrator with a bachelor degree from Paraná Federal University, Maria Candida lived in the US, England, The Netherlands, France and Singapore. She has a full time MBA from COPPEAD-UFRJ with an extension at RSM Erasmus University, with a major in organizational culture and change management. With over 15 years of professional experience, she worked for companies like ALL, TIM, Votorantim, ProPay and Nestle in charge of talent development for LATAM. She is a PhD candidate at the University of Heerlen – The Netherlands.
