Marcus Lindgren has been a professor at FDC since 2004, in strategy and corporate governance programs.

Graduated in Business Administration, with specialization in Strategic Business Management (FDC-2000) and Master in Business Administration (FDC-2021).

He participated in the executive courses: Executive Leadership, at Harvard Business School (2017), and Corporate Governance: Implementation and Management, at IBGC (2014). Marcus is a speaker on topics such as Strategy, Governance and Innovation. Since 2017, he has held the position of Managing Partner & Head of Strategic Consulting at Moore Brasil Auditores e Consultores, after the incorporation of Novociclo Empresarial, a company of which he was founder and CEO since 2007. At Moore, he has worked in the areas of Strategic Planning, Governance, Business Management and New Business Development. He held executive positions at Labest Diagnóstica S.A., Xerox do Brasil and Ciba-Geigy Química S.A., where he began his career as an intern in Switzerland, in 1991.

Member of several Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards, since 2011. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of CromoUp Digital Solutions S/A. He was a member of the OAB-MG Compliance Commission.

Co-author of articles and book chapters on strategy and corporate governance, highlighting the article “How do Disruptive Technologies Impact Collaborative Governance? A Study in the Blockchain Context", presented at the Druid Conference, in Lisbon-Portugal, June 2023.
