Professor Lulia Silva holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ and Specialization Certificates in Educational Assessment from UNESCO/FJP, in Science and Technology Planning and Management from UNESCO/FJP, in Corporate Pedagogy from Universidade Estadual de Minas Gerais – UEMG and Pedagogic Supervision from PUC Minas. Lúlia is an adjunct professor and researcher at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, for the areas of Learning, Methodology and Research. She coordinated the Pedagogic Center at FDC, and was the co-author of projects Corporate University Bem Estar Bem (UBEB) and Research and Development Academy, both in Natura.  She was a faculty member at Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais – UEMG, for undergraduate and graduate programs, a member of the Congregation Chamber Collegiate at Faculdade de Educação, and coordinator of the program in Higher Education Methodology. She was also the Projeto Veredas Assessment Coordinator at UEMG, a distance training program for undergraduate professors amounting to 840 participants. Assessor at the Pró-Ciências Assessment Project (3500 professors) from the State Secretariat for Science and Technology in Minas Gerais and Quality Assessment Coordinator of the Pedagogy Program at UEMG, sponsored by FAPEMIG and of the Corporate Pedagogy at CEPEMG (Center for Educational Research and Studies). Professor Lulia Silva was also a fellow researcher at FAPEMIG and CNPq.
