Luiz Eduardo Henriques holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from FEAD Centro de Gestão Empreendedora and Specialization Certificates in Human Resources from Centro Universitário UNA/CEPDERH and in External Auditing from Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, UFMG. As further educational development, Henriques attended at FDC the Advanced Management Program (PGA) in partnership with INSEAD/France; the Board Member Development Program (PDC), the High Performance in Leadership Program in partnership with ESADE, Spain; the Transformational Leadership Program; the Growth Strategies Program, in partnership with OLIN USA and Corporate Finance Program.  Luiz Eduardo is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, having also held the positions of Assistant Executive Director for Administration, Finance and Technology, Executive Manager of POS – (Partnership with Social Organizations and Non-operational resources), Executive Manager of PAEX (Partners for Excellence Program) in Brazil and abroad, and professor of Marketing, Integrated Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Business Management. Professor Henriques was a guest professor of Logistics and Distribution, Marketing and Commercial Management for graduate programs at FGV, IBMEC, UFMG, and UNAMG. He was also an independent consultant for Brazilian and international companies in the areas of Logistics & Distribution, Retail, Logistic Operations and Transportation. He was the Technical Director at CLR & Consultores Associados for organizational projects, and Director and Auditing, Human Resources, Operations, and the Treasury Superintendent and Control Vice-president at BEMGE and CHASE.
