Leadership/Human Resources Management
Luciana Ferreira is a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at Fundação Dom Cabral. She was an Associate Professor at Insper (2010-2019) and visiting scholar at Aarhus Summer University. Luciana is an economist with a master degree (M.Phil.) in Management from CEPEAD/UFMG. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Erasmus University (Rotterdam, The Netherlands). Her research interests and managerial contributions are related to power, leadership, organizational climate and culture and diversity management. Luciana has scholarly publications and work as a reviewer in various national and international journals and associations such as Academy of Management and Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility.
