Luciana Ferreira is a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at Fundação Dom Cabral. She was affiliated with Insper from 2010 to 2019 and visiting Professor at the Aarhus Summer School in Denmark. Luciana holds a degree in Economics, a Master's in Business Administration from CEPEAD/UFMG, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Erasmus University (Rotterdam, Netherlands). Her research interests and contributions in the field of management focus on power, leadership, organizational climate and culture, as well as diversity management and inequalities. Currently, she is particularly focused on the productive inclusion of young people and the role of social activism among business executives. Luciana has published in academic journals and serves as a reviewer for numerous national and international publications. She is also an active member of organizations such as the Academy of Management and the Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility and serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Business Research.
