Livia Mandelli is a specialist in executive behavioral remodeling and a consultant in people management at Mandelli & Loriggio Associados. With a methodology developed from her studies on the functioning of the mind, behavioral diversity, emotional health and androgynous leadership, Livia has worked for the last twelve years in coaching, mentoring, team building workshops and self-knowledge in leadership,  in companies in Europe, North America  and Brazil.
Her approach to issues related to leadership presents an innovative vision of contemporary issues, mainly on the relevance of bringing to light a diversity mindset, behavior and attitude.
Her academic and professional trajectory, mostly developed abroad, reflects the pioneering and focused search for unveiling human behavior to help people reach their best version.
Adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, Livia holds a Ph.D in Organizational Behavior/Neuroscience from Walden University, in the USA, a master's degree in Leadership from the University of Gloucestershire in England, and a bachelor’s degree in organizational psych pedagogy and business administration. Certified in the tools EQI2.0 (Emotional Intelligence), MBTI and MBTI Step II (personality traits), DISC (behavioral style), Hogan (reputation) and certified as coach from the Graduate School of Master Coaching. In 2017, she obtained the Positive Psychology certification from the University of North Carolina in the USA and, in 2018, she obtained the Emotional Intelligence in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence and Teams certifications. Facilitator of individual and collective feedback of the tools MBTi, DISC, EQI and HOGAN
She also shares her knowledge by mentoring in the IVG Collaborative Mentoring program, “Nós por  Elas”.
Member of People Management advisory board; Though Leader of ISAW - International Strategic Accelerator for women and Head of the Women's Academy of the Vasselo Goldoni Institute.

In 2020, she translated and prefaced the book EQ Edge from Stein and Book, translated into Portuguese as “A vantage do Quociente Emocional”.
She has published three books: “Liderança nua e crua: desvendando o lado feminino e masculino ao liderar”, “Vestindo a Liderança: 14 comportamentos essenciais para a alta performance emocional” and “Imaginando e Desenhando a Liderança”, the last one in partnership with Pedro Mandelli and Antônio Loriggio.
