José Valério Macucci is an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, for the areas of Organizational Culture and Change, Leadership, People Strategic Management, and related subjects such as Team Development and High-performance Teams. Professor Macucci holds a Master’s Degree in Planning, Organization and People Management from EAESP FGV/SP and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Faculdade Metropolitana de São Paulo. He complemented his master’s studies at the Universitá Luigi Bocconi (Milan, Italy) and developed his dissertation research at London Business School (London, UK). As an executive, José valério Maccuci held the position of Business and HR Director at the Corporation PricewaterhouseCoopers in South America. He was also People Development Director at Banco Itaú, General Manager at Wilson Learning Corporation in Brazil and had extensive executive experience as a director, manager and senior consultant in several countries, developing international projects in the area of business management. Macucci is a guest professor at Insper - Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and at EAESP FGV, both in São Paulo. He is also a professor and consultant for private organizations in Brazil and abroad, and for public organizations in Brazil, such as Banco Central do Brasil, Prefeitura de Fortaleza, ANS, ANAC, CPRM, among others. Professor Macucci is a speaker in professional events, on themes related to his area of expertise. He is the author of the book and CD “Liderança para Novos Gestores”, co-author of the “Manual de Gestão de Pessoas e Equipes”, and author of case studies used in development simulations, besides having written several articles on his area of research and interest.
