José A. P. Capito, acts as adjunct professor at the Partners for Excellence Program - PAEX at Fundação Dom Cabral. He is considered a creative person, focused on solutions, with a clear purpose, focused on the client and dedicated to continuous learning. A dynamic, determined professional, who loves people and his family. He studied at well-known schools that developed his analytical, quantitative and management skills, among which are highlighted UFES, Purdue University and Harvard Business School, the latter two in the United States. They established the basis for a professional trajectory of delivering results, many experiences, cultural exchange and learning in different market segments. Capito has hold management roles in several companies, reaching the role of Chief Executive several times, either as CEO, COO or CFO, both in Brazil and abroad. He has been a professor in executive education courses since 2003 addressing topics ranging from Strategy and Finance to Leadership, Marketing and Operations, and in recent years Innovation and Agile Methodologies. In addition, he is an angel investor, entrepreneur, company advisor and business consultant.
