João Roberto is an adjunct professor and researcher in the fields of People Management and Organizational Psychology at Fundação Dom Cabral. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from PUCAMP and a Specialization Certificate in Organizational Psychology and Work from CRP 06 (2010). Professor João Roberto works for the Program Partners for Excellence (PAEX) as well as for custom programs in the fields of People Management, Organizational Architecture and Leadership Development. He has held executive positions in companies such as 3M do Brazil, Positron and Maxion Wheels among others. He has also worked in consultancy for 15 years and as a professor at PUCCAMP, FIA and IPEP. He is currently a Guest Professor at the MBA in People Management at UNI-FACEF in Franca - São Paulo.
