João Pedro holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (UFU, 2003), an MBA certificate in in Finance and Strategy (UFU-FAGEN, 2008), an extension program in BSC - Balanced Scorecard (FGV, 2009), in Business Analytics (Harvard Business School Online, 2021) and in Valuation (FIPECAFI, 2022). He also attended the Executive Development Program (PDE) at FDC, (2017), and the Counselor Development Program (PDC) at FDC (2023).
He is Adjunct Professor at FDC, acting as technical advisor at Customized Programs, PAEX and PAN, and as Process Management and OKR Monitor.
For over 10 years, he worked in Finance, Controllership, Processes and Strategic Planning in multinational companies in the service and industry sectors (American Express do Brasil, Coca Cola / Uberlândia Refrescos, Braspelco Couros e Peles/JBS). Later, working as Regional Manager from 2008 to 2011 and as FDC Regional Associate in the region of Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Paranaíba (western part of Minas Gerais state) from 2011 to 2021, João Pedro coordinated and directly supported the implementation of Strategic Planning, Strategy Management and Process Management tools in more than 50 companies.
Speaker on the topics of Strategy, Strategic Execution, Process Management and OKR, and author of several reflections on topics related to management (LinkedIn, Exame and others).
