Gustavo Neves has extensive experience in strategic planning development, strategic diagnosis, process mapping, production system improvement programs, PMO implementation and management, and implementation of result-based management model. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Sciences from PUC-MG, a Specialization Certificate in marketing from FGV and a Specialization Certificate in Strategic Planning. Gustavo has been an adjunct professor at FDC for over 7 years, and throughout this period developed the strategic planning and implemented the FDC management model in more than 70 companies from PAEX (partners for Excellence) program. For over 10 years, prof. Neves has participated in the development of a planning and management methodology (TEVEP) created by HomoSapiens Escola de Planejamento. Within this period, he has been a speaker, professor and consultant throughout Brazil, in Portugal and in Mozambique. Neves has also conducted development programs and consultancy projects in all sized companies from the public, private and third sectors. He was an IT company partner, and worked as an executive in large civil construction companies and in a clinical analysis laboratory.
