Extensive professional and academic experience in the areas of Strategic Administration and Management, Human Resources, Leadership and Team Development, Planning, Quality, Education, among others, acquired in companies and institutions of national expression. He was professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and at Faculdade Santo Agostinho. He is an Adjunct Professor at FDC and scientific advisor at PAEX. Professional Coach certified by Abracoaching, worked at HUB Impacta Escola, holding leadership positions in several areas of the organization, at high and medium management levels, developing and coordinating teams, consulting and training for medium and large companies and institutions. Bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences from PUC-MG, MBA in Strategic Management - UNABH and a specialization certificate in Management Program for Executives. Consultant accredited by IQPM at MEG - Management Excellence Model from FNQ - National Quality Foundation.
