Leadership/Human Resources Management
Holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology and specialization certificates in Business Management and People Management, Flávia Neves’s research interest is contemporary leadership, with a special focus on remote leadership. She also holds a master’s degree in Global Human Resources Management (University of Liverpool, UK) and a professional master’s degree in business administration from Fundação Dom Cabral. As core faculty adjunct professor at FDC, Flávia works in the graduate programs in Business Administration all over Brazil and custom programs for large organizations delivering classes and speeches on people management and development, and leadership.

She is a member of the Trekker Executive Development Program team and participated in the creation and implementation of the Pra>Frente social entrepreneurial development program. In the international programs area at FDC, Flávia is the academic coordinator of the Audencia Open Campus Program and serves as a professor in the Learning Journey programs, teaching subjects related to leadership and multiculturalism. She also works as a human development consultant, implementing projects in small and medium enterprises, and acts as a professional and life coach. Flávia is a guest professor in the MBA and graduate programs at Ibmec and is a member of consultative board for medium organizations. She has worked as a consultant and organizational trainer in the United Arab Emirates, implementing various management skills development programs in a multicultural environment.
