Fernando Cyrino holds a Specialization Certificate in Manager Development (Executive) from Sociedade de Desenvolvimento Empresarial, in Rio de Janeiro. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Languages from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, UFMG. Fernando Cyrino has attended several courses and programs as further education, such as: Human Resource Strategy Transforming Organizations at London Business School, London; MBTI - Myers Briggs Type Indicator Certification Program; Mastering Emotional Intelligence at Hay Group, in São Paulo, (2000); Motivation and Effective Leadership at Hay Group in São Paulo (1998) and the Executive Development Program (PDE) at Fundação Dom Cabral, in São Paulo and Minas Gerais, (1996). Fernando is an Adjunct Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, guest professor at the graduate program department of Unicarioca Centro Universitário, teaching subjects such as Leadership, Change Management, Organizational Culture and Team Development. He is also a guest professor at Faculdade Jesuita – FAJE, Extension and Specialization Center, teaching the subjects Self-knowledge, Self-leadership and Spirituality based on the Enneagram. As an executive, Fernando has held several positions such as director, general manager and HR consultant, among others at Vale from 1976 to 2006.
