Elton de Mattos works in the areas related to Governance, Strategy, Marketing and Commercialization.
Master in Administration with an emphasis on Strategy and Innovation, he is a specialist in Strategic Marketing from Fundação João Pinheiro. Graduated from PUC Minas in Mechanical Engineering, he also specialized in Energy Optimization at FUPAI-MG.
Elton has been an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral for 19 years. In this path, he develops activities in academic and executive programs, being highlighted: Advisor and member of the Executive MBA project boards; Technical advisor in strategic planning and strategy monitoring projects in the PAEX and PCS programs. In these activities, he worked in more than a hundred companies organizing the functions and connections between organizational architecture and corporate governance. At PAEX, he was responsible for the development of commercial and marketing methodologies that have been applied in all the companies in the program since 2012. In FDC's Customized programs, working in disciplines focused on growth strategies, it is possible to highlight the performances in large national companies, such as Alpargatas, Amanco, Itaucred, Volkswagen, Volvo, B&D, Souza Cruz, Algar, TIM, Oi, GVT, CST, Bosch, Grendene and IRB.
He is associated with the IBGC; and serves as a full professor in the Corporate Governance discipline of FIEMG Board of Director Development Program of Directors of FIEMG, has supported the structuring of advisory boards in medium-sized family companies; and advised the introduction of E.S.G. on boards of directors; whose expertise was built from the cause of sustainability, started with his participation in ECO´92.

His executive career started at SEBRAE Minas, working in the business internationalization processes; introducing the approach to entrepreneurship in formal education and in the installation of the first technology-based incubators. He was Commercial Manager at the multinational PROMPTEL Telecomunicações and Technical Consultant at Frank Equipamentos Industriais. At Transpex Transportes Expressos, he served as Marketing Director, collaborating with the development of the first initiatives aimed at the express cargo transportation franchise system. He participated as an investor and partner in six businesses, covering technical services specialized in engineering, educational services for executives and retail trade. He has been a founding partner of Express Marketing & Strategy for 24 years, specializing in consulting and training in corporate governance, strategy and marketing.
