Carlos Duílio deals in the areas of strategic and financial planning, business plan elaboration, budgeting, consolidated statement of operations, Balanced Scorecard implementation in all areas of the companies and process monitoring. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Industrial de São José dos Campos, an MBA Degree from Fundação Dom Cabral, and specialization certificates from Kellogg School of Management and a certification degree in Member of the Board from IBGC – Brazilian Institute for Corporate Governance. Carlos is an adjunct professor and scientific advisor for PAEX (Partners for Excellence) program at Fundação Dom Cabral. He developed his executive career at companies such as Shell, Grupo Ultra - Ultragaz, Carbocloro and Grupo Conter, where he held positions as Planning, Administrative and HR Director, with international experience in Venezuela. Prof. Duílio has worked in the areas of engineering, marketing & sales, strategic planning, finance and quality, and was awarded with the Paulista Prize in Management Quality. He was a faculty member at Insper and has made speeches in many seminars and conferences such as ‘2nd Brazilian Conference on Quality’. Carlos was a mentor for Braskem Labs, a Braskem startups support program, in partnership with Endeavor. He conducts projects in family businesses B2B and B2C, elaborating organizational strategies, business restructuring, process redesign and change in corporate management standard.
