Professor David Martins Zini works in the fields of Strategic Planning, Commercial Management, Negotiation and Corporate Project. Holding an M.Sc in Business Administration (EASP/FGV), a Specialization Certificate in Design Thinking – (Yale University), and a Specialization Certificate in Business Analytics, Economics and Accounting (FDC, CEAG – EASP/FGV), Zini is adjunct professor at FDC, working for PAEX (Partners for Excellence Program) and also in commercial consulting. He is a former faculty member of IBMEC – SP and Planorh – FAAP, and held executive positions at Xerox do Brasil, Storagetek Brasil , Redecard (Rede), Elavon do Brasil and Ouro Verde S.A.. Professor Zini participated in the consolidation of Xerox in Brazil, being responsible for the implementation of the strategy “The Document Company” in the country. David Zini has also worked as an executive in the commercial and marketing areas during the operational structuring of Storagetek in Brazil, leading the consolidation of the company in the country. He held a relevant role as Retail Director during the expansion of Redecard, being fundamental in the implementation of the growth strategy, before and after the IPO process. He was the first Business Development VP at Elavon Brasil, implementing the operations in Brazil. Zini was in charge of the management and fleet outsourcing restructuring of Ouro Verde, conducting the company to a 30% growth rate, year after year, and reaching the third place in the ranking of Most Relevant Corporate Fleet Car Rentals. He presented the case Brazil’s Fleet Management Challenges at NAFA in USA and was also an independent adviser at – PagPop Financial Services.
