Strategy
Dalton Sardenberg is a professor of corporate governance, family business, strategic management and conflict management at Fundação Dom Cabral. He has held positions such as Associate Dean of degree and non-degree programs and Corporate Partnerships. He has directed several open enrolment and customized programs and he also has been in charge of the Center for Corporate Governance at FDC.  Currently, Sardenberg is an advisor professor for the programs Partners for Excellence (PAEX) and Partners for Shareholders Development (PDA) and also teaches for the Executive MBA at FDC. He has already developed programs for companies such as Petrobras, BB Mapfre, Sebrae, Banco do Nordeste, the John Deere’s dealer network, Loreal, Bradesco, Transpetro, among others and has held executive positions at Grupo Gerdau and Grupo Korf. He holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Governance from the University of Birmingham (UK) and a M.Sc. degree in Production Engineering (emphasis on Business Management) from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (Brazil).
