Strategy; Corporate Governance
Dalton Sardenberg is full-time professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, in the areas of Corporate Governance, Compliance and Corporate Ethics, Family Business Management and Strategic Management. Currently, he is scientific advisor for the program Partners for Excellence (PAEX) and also teaches in the open-enrolment and custom graduate programs. At FDC Professor Sardenberg held the positions of Director of Administrative Processes and Corporate Partnerships, Program Manager (open-enrolment, custom and graduate programs) and also coordinated the Corporate Governance Center.
He has already taught in companies such Petrobras, BB Mapfre, Sebrae, Banco do Nordeste, Assodeere, Loreal, Bradesco, Transpetro, among others. Professor Sardenberg held executive positions at Gerdau Group and Korf Group. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Corporate Governance from the University of Birmingham and a Master's Degree in Production Engineering (emphasis on Business Management) from Universidade Federal de Santa Catariana. He is a member of the Global Board of the STEP Project (Successful, Transgenerational,  Entrepreneurship Practices), from Babson College, USA; member of the Corporate Governance and Compliance Committee at  ACRJ – Trading Association of Rio de Janeiro and member  of the Board of Trustees of the Exame Compliance Guide.
