Clenio holds a bachelor’s degree and a specialization certificate in Business Administration, from Centro de Ensino Superior de Erechim and from Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões, respectively. He attended MBA programs in Business Administration (BB/FIA-USP), Finance (BB/PUC-RJ) and an Executive MBA in Advanced Business Management (Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso). He worked for Banco do Brasil for 39 years, having had the positions of State Associate Superintendent of Pará e Amapá, Regional of Pelotas, Porto Alegre and Curitiba, and Superintendent of the state of Rio Grande do Sul for 15 years, and Director for 5 years and 8 months, for the areas of micro and small companies and agribusiness. Clenio was a member of several boards out of Banco do Brasil, allowing him to acquire relevant knowledge and experience in corporate governance, strategic planning, finance, business design, team building and management, project management, among others.  He was full professor of Centro de Ensino Superior de Erechim-RS and Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões – URI. Currently he is ad hoc faculty member at ISAE Coop, a department of Instituto Superior de Administração e Economia. He works in agribusiness consulting, accredited by ATHENEUM Partners GmbH, registered in Berlin and with offices in the USA and Chile. Member of the Supervisory Board of Instituto do Câncer Infantil e Pediatria Especializada-Icipe, in Brasília DF.
