Clara Lúcia Sacchetto Linhares holds a Bachelor’s Degree on Psychology, a Specialization Certificate in Clinical and Institutional Psychopedagogy, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Clara has also attended specialization programs in group dynamics, human relations, business games and transactional analysis, and is a certified coach (business coach and career management). As an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC, Prof. Clara Linhares teaches for the graduate programs (Specialization and MBAs) since 2005, and she is also the scientific coordinator of the Specialization Program in Business Management. She has been a career management advisor at FDC since 2010. She teaches for the graduate program in People and Business Management at Universidade FUMEC and the graduate program in People Management at PUC-MG. Prof. Linhares was a faculty member at Faculdade IBMEC-MG.  She has worked in People Management (organizational and educational), in organizational, managerial and people development programs, as well as competence assessment, performance assessment in companies such as FIAT Automóveis, UNIMED BH Ministério da Fazenda - Receita Federal, Exagro, and Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Minas Gerais. She is the co-author of the book Vivências, Uma abordagem Efetiva, (Grupo Projetar), 2000.
