Andreia Mariano has a multidisciplinary professional and academic career, allowing her to experience and understand the challenges of the rational corporate world focused on results, as well as the emotional factors that impact the success of organizations. Deep knowledge in business management and customer focus, she has accumulated experience throughout her career in optimizing results, loyalty models and brand repositioning. She is a reference in “premium” relationship strategies, with success stories and Customer Excellence awards. She holds a specialization certificate in advanced marketing management from Business School SP, an International Executive MBA with an emphasis on Marketing and Sales Management (FGV) and a bachelor’s degree in advertising and marketing (UNIP), complementing her business vision with the Development Program for Managers through IESE – University of Navarra. Adjunct Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and Academic Advisor at PAEX. Speaker on experiences best practices, advisory counselor, Chief Experience Officer at FuturExperience Consulting. She is currently a customer strategy columnist for The President Magazine. Andreia Mariano oversaw the American Express – Issuer & Acquirer business, being responsible for carrying out the “turnaround” of the operation, involving the construction and coordination of complex activities in different areas. She was Head of Banco Bradescard and responsible for managing large financial partnerships with retailers, in addition to working as group manager of areas at Bradesco Private Bank. Throughout her professional trajectory, she was responsible for some of the main ABECS (Brazilian Association for Credit Card and Services Companies). Committees, actively collaborating in regulatory discussions between the sector and the Central Bank.
