Arivair is a mentor and professor for the areas of Business Development, Strategy, and Operations and Logistics Management. He holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, and a MPE Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh – USA. Arivair Stella has been an adjunct professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC,since 2011, working for custom programs and as a scientific advisor at PAEX (Partners for Excellence Program). Throughout this period, he has developed projects in more than 30 organizations such as Andritz Hydro, Associação de Medicina Intensiva Brasileira, Coopercarga and Albras Metalúrgica. His extensive experience in business management was acquired through the development of a well-succeeded career as an executive in large organizations (Alcan Alumino, Votorantim Cimentos, CSN, Eletropaulo, among others). Arivair holds special expertise in conducting challenging projects such as company’s restructuring, take-over processes and business redirecting. Professor Stella also holds experience in privatization, fusion, acquisition, division and divestment processes, as well as in corporate governance, shared management, and heterogeneous shareholder control groups. He was a member of the board in several companies, leading the board of directors at Itá Energética, Cimento Ribeirão Grande and MRS Logística.
