Yvette Salvatico

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

She serves as managing partner of the consulting firm Kedge, which focuses on scenario and trend building, innovation, and strategic design for companies. She has developed creative content, models, competencies, customized programs, and tools for clients. She has designed and delivered lectures, workshops, and conference sessions. She developed a scanning system to identify trends and patterns for clients. Some of her clients include: Walt Disney International, Lego, Hasbro, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, the Funders' Committee for Civic Participation, and the Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute.

Some of her publications include "Five Opportunity Spaces for the Future of Learning," published in TD Magazine, Association of Talent Development, 2023; "Disney's Workforce of the Future: From HR Initiative to Organizational Culture" in the book Rapid Change in Technology, Globalization and Workforce Diversity: using foresight and organizational policy to ensure futures thinking – Palgrave Macmillan, 2019; and "Transcending Disruption: 3 ways to pull yourself into the future," in Cliffhanger: HR on the precipice in the future of work – PageUp People Limited, 2017.
