Yvette Montero Salvatico

With a bachelor's degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Florida, Yvette has more than 15 years of corporate experience at large multinational companies such as Kimberly-Clark and The Walt Disney Company. Before co-founding TFSX, she led the effort to establish the Future Workforce Insights division at The Walt Disney Company, identifying future workforce trends and using forecasting models and techniques to assess potential threats and impacts, emerging ideas, and business opportunities for the organization. She is a member of organizations such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Association for Professional Futurists (APF), and the World Futures Society (WFS), and speaks at global organizations on topics such as business policy, HR, the future of work, diversity, career management, strategy, innovation, forecasting, and Futures Thinking.
