Vânia Bueno
Vânia Bueno is a communicator, speaker, professor and consultant in communication for governance, human and organizational development. She is a journalist, with a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Communication and a Master's in Organizational Development and Positive Change from Case Western Reserve. She has complementary training in Dialogue methodologies, Conflict Transformation, Emotional Intelligence, Collaborative Practices, Applied Ethics, Narrative Therapy, and Board Member Training (IBGC). She works as a facilitator and mentor for individuals, groups and organizations. She is a professor in the Board Member Development Program at FDC, in the postgraduate programs at ECA/USP, ESALQ/USP, MBA EACH/USP, UFSCar, MBA Aberje and the Albert Einstein Education Center. Instructor in the board member course at IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance and Volunteer Member of the Presidency Council of Pathfinder International. Entrepreneur in the communication sector for 20 years, serving organizations of different sectors and sizes. Since 2008, as a consultant, mentor and speaker, she has served companies such as Eletrobrás, Banco do Brasil, Bayer, Afya, Novo Nordisk, Eletrolux, Transpetro, Bunge, Mercedes Benz, Norsk Hydro, Unico, Swiss Re, Senac, Yara Brasil, Grupo Baumgart, among others. She has participated as co-author or with specific chapters in the following publications: Thamisa – Dinâmicas Humanas no Conselho (IBGC), Comunicação Organizacional Estratégica (ed.
