Graduate in Law from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1990). Master's from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1998), concentration in Commercial Law. Ph.D. from PUC-MG, concentration in Private Law. MBA in Corporate Finance and Controllership from Universidade Fumec. Certified Board Member by the IBGC. Manager of the "Respeito por BH" Sustaining Project at the Municipal Government of Belo Horizonte in 2013 and 2014. Executive Secretary of the CMBH Ombudsman's Office in 2015 and 2016. Member of the Board of Trustees of the Fundação Mineira de Educação e Cultura, having served as its President from 2011 to 2014. He is currently Full Professor of Corporate Law IV at Universidade FUMEC, Independent Board Member at IT One - Information Technology, Fiscal Council Member at BDMG, and Deputy Comptroller General of the State of Minas Gerais.
