He has deep knowledge of project management, according to the Project Management Institute – PMI methodology, as well as advanced knowledge of financial and budget management and in preparing and analyzing the economic-financial feasibility of projects. Solid experience in Strategic Planning, Strategic Management and in implementing the Balanced Scorecard - BSC, in both public and private settings.
