Tatiana Santarelli

Tatiana has worked for almost 20 years in people and team development. In 1997 she worked in the villages, favelas, and communities of Belo Horizonte, supporting children who had suffered abuse, families of substance-dependent individuals, and sex workers seeking reintegration into the job market.

In 2014 she opened her first company, whose client portfolio includes Petrobras, Vale, VLI, Fundação Fiat, Braskem, Senac, Sebrae, Dasa, Natura, Facebook, among others.

In March 2019 she launched the operations of the Minas Gerais startup TeamHub, an HR Tech company for diagnosing and managing organizational culture, founded and led by her, currently serving as its chief executive. She is currently a guest professor at PUC Minas' Institute of Continuing Education - lato sensu postgraduate program, teaching the course Diversity and Inclusion Planning in Organizations, and a mentor for the Career Accelerator Program of the Racial Equality Committee of Grupo Mulheres do Brasil.
