Sandra Hyodo

Graduate in Biological Sciences (USP/RP), holds a Master's and Ph.D. from the Faculdade de Medicina (USP/RP), an MBA in Health Management (FGV), an Organizational Consulting course (IPED) and the Health Managers Development Program (FDC). She has 18 years of experience in medical clinic management, working in the areas of TAX REDUCTION, BILLING (auditing, medical billing, claim denials and contract negotiation), and REGULATORY affairs (Sanitary Surveillance, Health Department and professional councils: CRM, CREFITO, CRP, CRBM, etc). She has also worked in higher education as a professor in several undergraduate courses (dentistry, biology, pharmacy, psychology, nursing, physical therapy), course coordinator (Biological Sciences), internal quality auditor (ISO 9000), member of the ethics committee, and member of the teaching and research committee. Today she is dedicated to providing consulting services to small and medium-sized healthcare establishments (clinics, medical offices and laboratories).
