Psychologist with a Master's in Administration from PUC Minas, with 24 years of experience in organizational behavior and culture, talent management, leadership development, succession and corporate education. She currently serves as Career, Development and Learning Manager at ArcelorMittal Aços Longos LATAM e Mineração Brasil. She is responsible for designing, implementing and managing leadership development programs, leading initiatives for more than 550 leaders in Brazil, Argentina and Costa Rica. She also coordinates business academies, technical training programs, performance management processes and succession planning. With a solid background in organizational and work psychology, she combines advanced corporate practices with academic foundations, developing solutions that impact culture, leadership and organizational transformation. She also works as a researcher in the area of gender, leadership and organizational behavior, focusing on career development, psychological assessment and cultural transformation.
