Rosiléia Milagres

Rosiléia da Silva is Executive Vice President of Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), a position she has held since January 2021. She is responsible for the Academic Education area, which encompasses undergraduate, graduate specialization, Executive MBA, and stricto sensu programs, including Master’s and Doctoral degrees.

She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), including a doctoral exchange period at Copenhagen Business School (Denmark). She also earned a Master’s degree in Economics from the Center for Regional Development and Planning (CEDEPLAR) at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and a Specialization in Financial Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.

Professor Rosiléia has served as a Visiting Researcher at Copenhagen Business School and previously worked as Coordinator, Professor, and Researcher within the permanent faculty of Fundação Dom Cabral’s Professional Master’s Program in Business Administration.

Currently, she teaches several courses in FDC’s Master’s and Doctoral programs.

Her research interests are closely related to the field of Strategy, with a particular focus on:

1. Networks and Interorganizational Relationships.

2. Collaboration and Collaborative Governance.

3. Organizational Routines and Strategy Execution.

4. Strategic Management and Organizational Performance.

She has published academic articles in these areas, contributing to the advancement of knowledge on collaborative arrangements, governance mechanisms, and strategic processes within organizations.
