Postgraduate degree in IT Architecture for Distributed Environments from the Technical University of Aachen (RWTH) – Germany. Graduate in Computer Science from Universidade Federal da Bahia-UFBA, 1977. Professor in in-company and open enrollment courses, teaching Business Process Modeling, Redesign and Automation within the BPM life cycle, through Faculdade Rui Barbosa - DeVry. Professor in undergraduate and postgraduate programs, teaching Business Process Performance Management and Simulation, Business Process Modeling and Redesign, Project Management – based on PMBOK; Information Systems, Introduction to Programming Logic, among others, at the following Universities/Colleges: Unijorge (since 2010), Estácio - Fib (since 2008), Rui Barbosa (2007-2009), Universidade Salvador - UNIFACS (1982-1988) and Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana - UEFS (1982). She is currently Executive Director of Integra Consultoria em BPM e Sistemas de Informação.
