Expertise in cash flow, working capital, accounts payable and receivable, banking relationships, fundraising, structuring of financial applications, foreign exchange risk management, credit analysis, financial operations negotiations, and investment scenario analysis. In Controllership Management – structuring and managing the accounting area, budget management, cost analysis, pricing, tax compliance, auditing, analysis of financial statements and business performance, with a focus on financial planning. In mergers, acquisitions, and turnaround processes – focus on organizational design analysis and leading the integration period, with an emphasis on developing and defining business processes and corporate policies. Experience in operations linked to Private Equity Funds and businesses in judicial recovery. ERPs – experience implementing integrated business management systems SAP and TOTVS.
