More than 10 years of experience in the Life Sciences and Health Care industry.

Worked on various projects including innovation and strategic planning projects, "Go to Market", management by Indicators and BSC, organizational performance and architecture, business model review, business case, cost reduction, risk analysis, market research, and process mapping and redesign.

While working in the risk area, focused on risk management in projects and investments. Responsible in the field for coordinating and executing projects, and for analyzing the project portfolio and its adherence to strategic guidelines.

Also worked on the creation and review of procedures, and on maturity analysis in project, program and portfolio processes.
