Paula Harraca

Guest Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, Paula describes herself as an “eternal learner.” With 25 years of executive experience, she currently works as an Entrepreneur, Keynote Speaker, Board Member, Educator and Influencer on the topics of the Future of Business, Strategy, ESG, Leadership, Organizational Culture, Innovation and Organizational Transformation. She is a guest professor in the Digital Business MBA at USP, the PUCPR Digital postgraduate program and FIA Online. At age 22 she joined ArcelorMittal as a trainee: the only woman in a selection process with 400 people. Her 20-year journey at the world steel leader includes leading teams in 6 countries and milestones such as being promoted while pregnant in both of her pregnancies, as well as becoming the 1st woman to reach the “C-level” of Long Steel LATAM in 2017.
