Visiting Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral in the areas of LGPD, Digital Law and Digital Banking Law. She holds a Post-MBA in Business Negotiation and an MBA in Business and Economic Law from FGV/RS, in addition to an intensive Data Protection course – LGPD and GDPR – at Opice Academy. She is Legal Superintendent of Products and Market Data at B3 – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, has previously served as Head of the Digital Banking Area at Opice Blum, and gives lectures at various events on law, technology, and innovation in the financial market (Open Banking, Instant Payments, Positive Credit Registry, Cryptocurrencies), privacy and data protection.
