Master's in Corporate Law and Regulation, Visiting Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC. Professor teaching Corporate Law, Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, Compliance and Anti-Corruption Law at Fundação Dom Cabral - FDC. Professor in the Finance MBA program, teaching Business Law, at the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais – IBMEC, and professor in courses taught at Universidade PETROBRÁS – “UP” in the areas of Corporate Law, Capital Markets, State-Owned Enterprises Law and Anti-Corruption Law Compliance through IBMEC, 2015 and 2017. He has been a lawyer in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo for more than 20 years, working in the civil, corporate, capital markets, infrastructure and anti-corruption compliance areas. In 2015 he coordinated the working group that advised Compagnie Financière Du Groupe MICHELIN “Senard et Cie” in the process of acquiring control of SASCAR PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. He took part in the working group that structured the partnership between Goldman Sachs and Multiplan Planejamento Ltda. in Multishopping S.A., the largest shopping mall operator in Latin America, in 1996. He took part in the process of acquiring controlling equity stakes in the Perdigão companies (Perdigão S.A. Comércio e Indústria, Perdigão Agroindustrial S.A. and Perdigão Alimentos S.A.) and the subsequent corporate restructuring of the Perdigão companies, in 1994. He took part in the working group that advised the International Telecommunications Union on the restructuring of the TELEBRÁS System for privatization purposes, in 1997.
