Luciana Ferreira

Luciana Ferreira is a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC). She previously served as a Professor and Researcher at Insper from 2010 to 2019 and was a Visiting Professor at the Aarhus Summer School in Denmark.

An economist by training, she holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from CEPEAD/UFMG and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam (The Netherlands).

Her research interests and academic contributions focus on power, leadership, organizational climate and culture, diversity management, and inequality in organizations. She is currently particularly interested in productive inclusion for young people and the role of social activism among corporate executives.

Professor Luciana has published extensively in national and international academic journals and serves as a reviewer for several scholarly journals and professional associations, including the Academy of Management and the Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility. She is also an Associate Editor of the Journal of Business Research.
