Luciana Faluba
Luciana Faluba is a Professor and Researcher in the areas of Strategy and Marketing at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC).
She holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG).
At FDC, she teaches in Professional Master’s, Graduate, Customized, Open Enrollment, and Partnership programs. She previously served as Technical Coordinator of the Graduate Specialization Program in Management, with an emphasis on Marketing and Markets.
Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations such as Embraer, Sicredi, Hospital Sírio-Libanês, and Algar, among others.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in Strategy and Market Planning as both a consultant and executive.
Professor Faluba is the author of the book Challenges of Strategic Management in Healthcare Services (Desafios da Gestão Estratégica em Serviços de Saúde), published by Campus Elsevier, and has authored articles published in academic journals and conference proceedings on topics including:
