Katherine Hall
She is Associate Director of Smith College Executive Education for Women, where she helps design, deliver and market strategic leadership development programs to support the advancement and retention of women corporate executives. She contributes to Smith Executive Education's mission through research on key trends in corporate leadership development, vetting and hiring world-class faculty, liaising with corporate partners on talent development goals, leading marketing efforts, managing program evaluation and metrics, and collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding executive education programs both in person and online.
She holds a Master's degree in Education, with a concentration in Negotiation and Conflict Management, from Cambridge College. She served as board president of Riverside Industries, a nonprofit organization serving adults with developmental disabilities through employment and life-enriching activities.
