Juliana Mansur

Juliana Arcoverde Mansur is a Psychologist, Researcher, Professor, and Consultant. Her primary areas of interest are Leadership and Organizational Behavior, with a focus on women’s leadership, leadership theories, and individual-organization relationships.

She holds a Ph.D. in Administration from FGV EBAPE, with a dissertation on Paternalistic Leadership, and a Master’s degree in Business Management, also from FGV EBAPE. She is also a Clinical Psychologist, with additional training in Neuropsychology, and practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with adolescents and adults.

She holds international certifications in Learning Methods and Sustainability Management. Her recent teaching activities include courses in Leadership and Change Management, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Corporate Projects, Research Methodology, and Qualitative Research Methods at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She has also held leadership positions, including Academic Coordinator of International Programs (2019-2024) and Coordinator of Fundraising for Applied Research Projects.

As a consultant, she works in Human Resource Management, Organizational Culture, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and Communication. She has participated in projects involving supply chains, business intelligence, strategic planning, and process mapping and redesign across industries including Oil and Gas, Mining, Consumer Goods, and Retail. She also has professional experience in Human Resources within the Telecommunications, Retail, and Education sectors.

She received the GLOBE Robert J. House Best Research Paper Award and was recognized as a Young Scientist of the State of Rio de Janeiro by FAPERJ. She has served as a thematic leader at ANPAD conferences in the area of Leadership (2019-2025) and at SemeAd in Organizational Behavior (2025). She is also an Associate Editor of academic journals such as Kybernetes and the Brazilian Business Review.

In addition to publishing in national and international academic journals, she is the author of book chapters on leadership and teaching methodologies.
