Isabel Armani

Isabel is a graduate in Pedagogy from USP. She has training from Columbia (Post-MBA in Finance), Kellogg (Constructive Collaboration Systems), and MIT (Neuroscience and Leadership). She has extensive executive experience leading the HR area of various organizations such as: Philips, Unibanco, Camargo Corrêa, Alcon Laboratories (Nestlé), and AON Hewitt. She is the Founder of an organizational design consulting firm, whose clients include: Renner, Marisa, Votorantim, Roche, Johnson & Johnson, Braskem, Raízen, Bayer, among others. Over the years, she has worked on various projects, gaining a deep understanding of all the main Human Resources processes related to organizational design, such as: talent acquisition, talent management, open talent marketplaces, Inside Gig, skills-based projects, capacity strategies, organizational network analysis, leadership development, Culture, Agility Performance, HR, and Digital Transformation.
