Associate Professor and Researcher at Fundação Dom Cabral. Holding a Ph.D. in Economics and Business Administration, Gilmar has extensive experience in public and private administration, having held positions such as: State Secretary of Finance of Sergipe; State Secretary of Education of Sergipe; Extraordinary Secretary of Government of SEEAG; President Director of Sergipe Gás S/A; Regional Director of the Brazilian Association of Gas Companies; among others. He has numerous publications on management and governance.
